At CrossFit Portishead we want to prepare you for the challenges that you may face day to day. With this in mind, CrossFit is based on functional movements and the ability to perform and adapt. We offer you a varied training program that is fully scalable to help everyone, regardless of previous experience, increase their fitness and mobility. You will never be left alone to just “crack on” with your training, we’ll teach you all of the movements from Olympic lifting, kettle bell training to gymnastics and rowing/running and structure all your workouts.
We are a results based gym so you will be part of a structured programme that is measurable and accountable, including strength and energy system training, a system that fits in with your fitness, ability and lifestyle. Our small classes, intimate sessions and one on one time maximises potential for improvement whatever your ability and the best part about it is that you don’t have to think about it, it’s all done for you!
